fatal error error on installing paint.net 1603

Dear paint net lovers,

just like me,

you wish to be able to afford good software,

and didn't have the chance.

Paint net so kindly offer paint net free.

but with windows 7, I got this error message

 

After looking around for month, I find the solution

 

please get "fix it" from Microsoft, and get the version for:

trouble to install and uninstall

 

after uninstall with this fix it,

I re-installed paint net,

and all went perfectly.

 

so it is a matter that the first installation went wrong, and blocked all future amendments,

till the whole software was remove well.
