How do I make Sci-Fi HUD?

So I've stumbled upon a Sci-Fi HUD kind of thing and I wanted to make it, but I'm not sure how to...

I thought I was going mad then.  I couldn't remember posting here ... the days when I used to drink maybe but not lately 

 

That sig is so old I really can't remember.  There's  hexagonal grid in there 

 

Also different types of brushes using Custom Brush Mini.  I know I used this one set ... http://rawox.deviantart.com/art/Tech-Brush-Pack-80968609

 

Colours >>> Blurs >>> Blend Modes are your friends (especially on the brush layers)

 

I've got the file on disc somewhere.  I'll see if I can find it.  No promises on that tho' ... I'm not exactly the most organised

Have a play around, just remember to put everything on it's own layer
