i got this trouble with Paint.Net (error )

i used to have paint.net in my computer, but i accidentally erased the folder containing it (where i installed it).
now, i want to install it again, but i get error 1603 in spanish it says:
error irrecuperable durante la instalacion (unrecoverable error during installation)

but, in the folder where i tried to install it, it appears this folder called Staging, and a windows installer.
i clicked it and a progress started, but then a pop-up error appears that says:

 

A network error ocurred while attempting to read the file: 

and then the folder ubication

and then, i tried to fix the installator, but it says that i need a installation package that is ubicated in the erased folder
(pd. when i try to install Paint.Net, the default ubication is also the erased folder)

So, what can i do to fix this problem?

You need to remove all traces of the remaining installation before downloading a fresh copy and re-installing.
