Easiest way to loop text?

Okay i have done this before, but it took a long while and i used Microsoft Word and screenshots and stuff.
 

What i want to achieve is a canvas full of repeated text, like this:

Anyone know of a quick easy way to do this? Maybe a plugin?

Rotate/Zoom (ctrl+shift+z) with "tiling" checked
