Daniels Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 First, I believe the effect you are looking for is called median. Not median blur. There is no such effect as median blur. Look under Effects->noise. Second, you need to check your privilege. The people here are only wanting to help. Don't come on here and respond like that.
