This makes the installation to last more, and seems like freezing I don't see the need to exchange informations with internet during installation. Trojans do what. What this is for ? The MSI or EXE package contains setupngen.exe (what to do?) that launches ngen.exe then mscorsvw.exe, that try to go repeatedly to internet. And Then it stops triyng, the installtaion is finish.
