ZK57
I am not a really good paint user, but I need to create an LED for a binary clock program I am creating and I was wondering if there were any tutorials out there or if anyone knows how to create a realistic LED in Paint.NET. I found one on YouTube, but it was in French and it did not quite help me with what I am trying to do though it did allow me to see that I need to install the plugin pack so I could have the buttons style available. Now, I just need someone to show me how to make an LED.

pdnnoob
How realistic does said LED have to be? nightcrafter27
Binary clocks usually just have dots for a display, if I understand them correct. Is this what you are trying to achieve? Quote My Gallery

Not quite the quality I was looking for. Anyway, they are 7-segment LEDs. I need a single LED.
ZK57
How realistic does said LED have to be? Well, fairly realistic. Otherwise the application looks really amateurish.
ZK57
Binary clocks usually just have dots for a display, if I understand them correct. Is this what you are trying to achieve? Almost though, it needs to have somewhat of a 3D effect and there should be two, one with a slightly darker color than the LED when it is on. ZK57
Oh, thanks for everyone's suggestion, but I finally found some at http://opengameart.org/content/gui-buttons-activehover. I would however still like to know how to make my own if anyone knows of a good tutorial.
