HELEN
Oh, you have some nice logos and your typography's really great. You do awesome graphic design work! By the way, your text choice is perfect. blackpenny
Welcome, nightcrafter! Nice sigs, I agree with Helen on the typography.
doughty
Hello and welcome, I particularly like nameseverywhere, the variety of word height and the color used. Another fav, Sputniklaunchyou looks to have been save as a jpg at one time, but I think it adds to the look of age.
nightcrafter27
Another fav, Sputniklaunchyou looks to have been save as a jpg at one time, but I think it adds to the look of age. That's probably because I had finished it, and ten minutes later realized I had misspelled some words Thanks all for the kind words! barbieq25
Good ideas here & solid outcomes. I really like your take on Sharp's tute. Good to have you here Quote Knowledge is no burden to carry. April Jones, 2012 Gallery My DA Gallery
nightcrafter27
I redid the James Bond sig so that everything is a bit easier to see. Also it uses the LightRays plugin for the background instead of the terrible hand-made immitation I used before Quote My Gallery
barbieq25
Yep, the James Bond sig is much better now. Quote Knowledge is no burden to carry. April Jones, 2012 Gallery My DA Gallery
DrewDale
Nice start to your gallery here, the james bond sig certainly looks better now, top works
ShinichiOkazaki
... i agreed that the Bond siggy is great... it has a classic feel to it... ... the choice of fonts are great... those fonts match your final picture's mood... typography is one of my weakness though... ... welcome to the club... ... =^_^=
nightcrafter27
Added a few more images, removed some others. Imageshack is stuck trying to load the "My Images" page and won't actually load any images, so I can't generate thumbnail links. Has anyone else had this trouble? DrewDale
Great depth to the Chinese new year image, cool reflection.
barbieq25
I like the Chinese New Year one too. It looks a bit jaggy...is that from using imageshack? I really like the whiteness - very cool Quote Knowledge is no burden to carry. April Jones, 2012 Gallery My DA Gallery
nightcrafter27
It looks a bit jaggy...is that from using imageshack? It's a combination of the way it was made (a zoom blur turned opaque), and me not having AA's assistant at the time Quote My Gallery
nitenurse79
Cool Chinese New Year creation how did you get the depth on the letters / symbols ? Really liking the reflection and backdrop too.
HELEN
I agree with what has already been said. Beautiful letters! nightcrafter27
Cool Chinese New Year creation how did you get the depth on the letters / symbols ? Really liking the reflection and backdrop too. I used the techniques in the 3D sphere extrusion tutorial. The reflections are just copious amounts of transparency gradients 1 Quote My Gallery
