Unhandled error with Saving/loading images

Been using Paint.NET for the longest of time (Best editing program I have used to date, but for some reason it has stopped working. I can drag images into PDN without a problem, but when I try to save the image, it crashes. Same with loading an image through PDN. Any idea if my problem is possibly from uninstalling VisualStudios (trial ended, and I just got rid of the things from the installation, but maybe it'll effect it somehow?)?

I've done all of the things listed in the forums (From disk checking, sfc (No errors for those two), uninstalling/reinstalling both pdn and the .net framework, running as an admin (on all of the previous suggestions), so on and so forth), but nothing has worked.

When saving, I save the image as a .pdn so I can edit the layers later, or if not that, then a .png. Though it hasn't mattered what format I try to save/load. I can also draw and do things in the initial window without a problem. Haha, if I only I was better with this kind of thing!
