Skro
Hi! I'm experiencing a "bug", not really blocking, but somehow annoying when I work on a couple of layers (to which I obviously don't give a name). At a certain moment, the small preview in the 'layers' window becomes completely white, until I click again on the layer and perform an action on it. I agree that it's only minor issue Regards, Skro Quote ZoC radio, Chaos is on the air
BuzzKill
I usually notice this 'lil quirk when working with numerous layers along with a large canvas size. Rick Brewster
What happens if you use the ZIP file from this thread? http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=2968 ... I remember fixing some stuff in this area but can't remember exactly when it was (i.e. beta 3 or post-beta 3). BuzzKill
Ok, I downloaded it again. After which I was able to extract the files without incident. Now, when opening PdN3.0b3 I get this: Normal? Rick Brewster
I've identified and fixed an issue where using the "move layer up" command would cause thumbnail refreshing problems. (move layer down worked fine ... and yes I figured out the cause ) Anyway, are you seeing whited-out thumbnails in any other situation? I was able to reproduce your issue easily by creating a new image, duplicating the first layer several times (like 6x), and then just taking the bottom layer and rapidly clicking "move layer up" until it was at the top. BuzzKill
Yessir, I noticed it again last night. I can't remember exactly what steps were taken that lead to the event. Although, I do tend to use the layer up and layer down arrows in the manner you described above. I'll be sure to make a note of it the next time I notice it. On a related note... any more thoughts on the issue of being able to click & drag layers in the child window? Quote - DO NOT contact me asking for the .pdn of my avatar or the PDN logo. Thank you. Rick Brewster
On a related note... any more thoughts on the issue of being able to click & drag layers in the child window? It's not happening for 3.0. BuzzKill
I did some more testing and besides going trigger-happy on the Move Layer Up arrow, I havn't been able to reproduce this bug.
