mastermind7373
Thats a hard one. I got an image that looked a little. I'm basically making noise at high saturation and then doing oilpainting at 5 brush size. I make two layers with different noise that way and then tint one medium dark orange and the other black and white. I ran a glow. I'll check some more and give a better description. usedHONDA
You make a quarter billion circles in the shape of your "mushroom"(white with black background), Gaussian blur (almost to the max), clouds (overlay works best), curves, and viola! mastermind7373
My best shot.... Not very good, but then I didn't think of using clouds Plugin. Good idea.
usedHONDA
I kinda messed up with the shape of the bottom, but you get the idea. William Bokunic
Blur won't get the same result...But I guess that's the next best option.
