rewriting pictures with an embedded program.

I have a question I hope any of you can help me.

I send motivational photos with messages on emails.

I would like to have the capability of letting visitor to my site to rewrite the

messages in the pictures if they want, but I would like to do it in my own page with

my own or an embedded program.

Does any of you know about such a program.
