ap2
Hi, I am trying to do a www logo with transparent text - colour of the text should change accordingly to web site background (image or solid colour). I do not want to use Magic Wand as it degrade quality of the text. I've tried to use 2 layers with blend mode set to multiply but it does not work for me if background was transparent (saved as PNG file) Thank you. toe_head2001
Put your text on a different color background; same layer. Next, use the Grim Color Reaper plugin on the text. Ego Eram Reputo
If on a single layer: 1. Select the background with the Magic Wand Fine tune the selection using the Tolerance setting in the Tool Bar. 2. Press Ctrl + I to invert the selection. 3. Press delete. 4. Save in a file format that supports transparency (like PNG, not JPG).
