Hello again!
I have a question regarding generating Zip-a-Tone or Benday dots. If I have a greyscale image that I would like to print in B&W, is there a plugin or other method that would easily covert the grey parts to black dots while retaining the black and white? Or I guess black could be dots as well, just more of em.
Thanks ans cheers!
Ahhh, after a little more digging, tuns out there is a filter built into Gimp that does the job. Under distort-->newsprint
also: Also in Photoshop, if you convert an image to Bitmap mode, it'll give you options to apply halftones to it.
I have Gimp, but no PS. Gimp is ok, not as nice to use as Paint.net.
Sorry for the odd formatting, cutting and pasting does that sometime.
Cheers
