danieldasilva
I would like the ability to blend two colours together that meet at a point so they transition into each other perfectly. How would I be able to do that?
jim100361
What you're describing is the gradient tool. Here's an example:
danieldasilva
It kind of works, but what I'm looking for involves blending them at closer quarters, as in a quicker transition in a much smaller area.
jim100361
Well, did you try it on a smaller area? It's not limited to size I presented, I just wanted to show the effect.
Rick Brewster
It might help if you can show us an example, maybe from another program that does have this. Screenshots screenshots screenshots. pdnnoob
Sounds like you are looking for something similar to the "blur" tool in photoshop There isn't anything exactly like what you are asking for, but you can use pyrochild's smudge tool for similar purposes (download it from the plugin section of the forum) Quote No, Paint.NET is not spyware...but, installing it is an IQ test. ~BoltBait Blend modes are like the filling in your sandwich. Ego Eram Reputo
Just drag the control nubs a small distance apart to make the gradient narrower. You might also like this: Multi Color Gradient. With it you can move the placement of the colors around.
