basart
I am very new to PaintNet and I am trying to resize my photo. I have specifications for an artwork submittal. I already changed the resolution to 300 pixels/inch and also my image size on the longest side of my image to 1920 pixels. That works fine, however, the other request for the specs is that I have to make sure the Scale Styles, Constrain Proportions, and Resample Image Bicubic are all checked. I did check Bicubic but the rest of these things (I really don't have a clue what they are) I can't see to check or uncheck any box for......help! What do I do? I think these specs are geared towards using Photoshop. Any help would be appreciated.
Rick Brewster
Scale Styles doesn't exist in Paint.NET, you can ignore it. Constrain Proportions = Maintain Aspect Ratio, which is a check box in the Resize dialog. Resample Image Bicubic = choose Bicubic from the dropdown at the top of the Resize dialog. (although the default, "Best Quality", will already use Bicubic when enlarging the image) Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
