16-bit format

Hello forum friends Paint.net

I would appreciate if other than indicaseis me to pass the files to BMP 8 and 24 bits to 16 bits could happen with Paint.Net, because the textures that I use for this type of format required.

16bit BI_RGB or 16bit BI_BITFIELDS?

First is 5-5-5 (bits per channel), second may be 5-6-5.

Or you may use pdn2bmp from the commandline.
