Any tutorial that would allow me to do THIS!?

The aged, old, weathered paper that thsi person achieved. Didn't see anything in tutorials that leaped out at me.

I used this "Burnt Edge Effect" to get this:

Then I took this:

and made this:

On the shop photo I just lowered the saturation and opacity. Then I cut out all the stuff that went off the paper image and feather the shop photo.
