dana Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 I can't find anywhere how to select a different font, change the color of it, add a border, make 3-D text, etc. Can someone please help? Quote
Hellfire010 Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 When you click on the text tool there is a formatting toolbar up top, you can change stuff there. The color is your primary color. As for borders and 3D effects, you have to make them yourself. Quote
dana Posted December 18, 2006 Author Posted December 18, 2006 Okay, thanks. Is it possible to download (FREE) new fonts, for example to fill a request or something? Quote
TinSoldier Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 Paint.NET will recognize any fonts in your font folder. So you can download fonts just like for any other tool (such as Microsoft Word) and install them in your font folder and Paint.NET will find them. Quote
dana Posted December 18, 2006 Author Posted December 18, 2006 Sorry, but I never knew how to download new fonts anyway. I know Dafont.com has a ton of free fonts to download, but I'm not sure how to do it so that I can use them on Microsoft Word and Paint.NET and stuff. Can you help me please? Quote

RaveN Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 Hey on the matter of fonts is there any way that paint.net can have a fonts folder so you dont have to install them all on your HD under windows?? Kind of like adobe/fonts? (or the actual directory) It would help me out because I am getting an external HD to put all my Graphic design stuff on. Quote
