@Daniels - thank you so much for commenting on the Easter image ..... sorry I didn't thank you right away ;) .

And then for the Cosmic Butterfly:

@Johnnysdream - so nice of you to say that :)

@Redochre - thanks a lot my friend :bmw:

@BBQ - I sure hope it's smiling and happy outside :snow:

@Helen - thank you my dear (yup - I'm a dumpling at the moment and have gone back to the gym now .... too much :cake: )

@Seerose - you are so sweet, thank you ;)

And for the Galleria piece:

@Dryda and @Helen - thank you for your congrats - and @Dryda for nominating it :music:

For the new siggy:

@Helen - so kind of you to say those things :pizza:

@BBQ - thank you too for the lovely words here and in the PM as well :music:

@Ella - I was so pleased you posted, and thank you - wish we saw saw more of you on the forum :lightning:

@Skull - thanks for dropping by my friend :D

I must pay more attention in the future to this thread. Hope I haven't missed anyone this time round. Guess I've been too distracted with playing with v4 which is 'totally cool' and I should not have waited so long to migrate over to it.  I love it.  Oh yes ...... and then there are all the lovely plugins appearing all the time ...... so much fun from @Redochre and @TR thumbsup.gif

Cosmic Butterfly is stunning in both colour and composition Pixey. Well done on the galleria entry too, you new sig is outstanding. It must take a long time to make something with so much realism and detail.

I agree with v4 being totally cool and a major distraction too. An update of gigantic significance ;)

I made a video as I made her, which is linked in my siggy. Sorry @BBQ it's fast again ..... unavoidable as can only get 10 mins on Youtube.

I'm still working on Hugh - sigh! Guess I like looking at him too much to finish it <3

P.S. Eeeeek - a lot of Spam at the time of posting this =O

Pixey, fabulous work! I will take a peek at the video later but just wanted to tell you how real she looks. Your ability to shade is second to none. Well done!

Spam got zapped :D

Excellent work Pixey, the work on the face features is amazing especially the mouth, I like the video and the music as well, it is so helpful indeed,

And one more thing, ezvid looks great, is it free/unlimited with all its tools features?

Thank you very much :D

Thanks so much for your kind words @BBQ, @Helen, @Yellowman and @Redochre and for taking the time to comment :) .

@Yellowman - yes Ezvid is free software, very simple to use, it does everything and has music to boot.  Also, one can upload immeiately to YouTube with it and no need to use anyother software.  I recommend it  .

Amazing works all of them! Great job on all of them, I don't know how you make people/animals look as realistic on Paint.NET as you do. You've inspired me to work a bit harder on my stuff. =)

Incredible art work. The face looked quite blurry at first inspection but then I realised that's the limit of Paint.Net.
....plus I can't make people to save my life.

Amazing stuff :)

Baubles Galore

Oops - so sorry @Dryda - didn't mean to miss you out when I posted earlier :mrred: it suddenly 'hit' me when I was having tea break that I'd not said thank you for your kind words.  I guess the blurry is my smudging, as there is a lot of it and, actually, now I look, it could have done with a bit more on her neck :/

Very pretty baubles, Pixey :D There is a lot going on in this image. I like the soft swirls in the background & the frame around the image too. Well done!

Baubles Galore is a really nice work Pixey. And I would certainly buy that perfume too, that bottle is really eye catching. Highly detailed work, you must have a lot of patience to put so much into your art. :)

Love the newest stuff, Pixey. The gloss and waviness in the baubles are really cool. And, once again, I'm amazed at your ability with portraits! It looks very similar to the guide photo you used. Molto Belle!
