How to reshape a photo to fit an oblique wall frame?

Have you tried the Perspective plug-in from dpy's pack? Or you could use Layer>Rotate/Zoom command, and move the ball to the left. Warning: be careful not to tweak with the ball too much, or it'll make the picture look distorted.

how I can install the plug-in?

It's also possible this thread could get locked because of the title ...

Plug-Ins aren't always the answer. Sometimes :RectangleTool: and stretching using :MoveTool: gives better results.

My humble opinion is that the image to be manipulated was too small

Dont work for this way, the ferrari are cut.

Before you go leaping for any plugins, try this:

1. Paste your ferrari into it's own layer (add one with :AddNewLayer: )

2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Z to open the rotate zoom dialog.

3. Grab and play with the Roll/Rotate globe to tilt your new layer. Resize it with the zoom control and position it with the pan control.

Edited your thread title - they need to be descriptive.

Also replaced your image with a link because it was oversized. Forum limits are 800 pixels maximum size.
