They are underlined when you hold down the Alt key e.g. Aquire: Hold down Alt then press F and Q. Unless it's something as complicated and as well developed as MS Office, you're not often going to find a one to one shortcut array built into most applications. Aquire: Hold down Alt then press F and Q. Did you try this?
