Paint.NET Crashes

As the thread title says. I was just recently editing a picture for a Chinese prostitution symbol, however, upon copying and pasting the said symbol into the Paint.NET program, it crashed.

I select some stuff, try to delete said stuff, (Do anything), and it give me this error message:

That doesn't sound good.

And when you get the disk structure sorted you might want to upgrade to the latest release (3.5.10).
