nitenurse79 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 I don't think you can. You can save/export pdf as a file type but that's all. Quote
Ego Eram Reputo Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 PDF's were not intended to be edited with Paint.NET which is an image editor. You can get your page into Paint.NET by expanding the page size to 100% and perform a screenshot, followed by pasting into a blank canvas. This technique will render all the text as bitmapped pixels and they won't be selectable. Simon Brown Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 Inkscape can open PDFs and export images. This technique will render all the text as bitmapped pixels and they won't be selectable. This still applies. Quote
midora Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 It would be quiet easy to enhance the ImPDF filetype plugin with a load function which calls ghostcript for rendering of pdfs to a bitmap. The hard part is always the maintenance. How to install ghostscript, fonst and so on ;-) Quote
