Kyle Freeman
I'm pretty sure this has been talked about but I thought I might bring it up as my first post. And Hello! I'm new here. Why not add a tool to Paint.NET? I'm pretty sure this program's development is also based around creating a image editing and creation program to where everything is simplified greatly. I do understand that you can easily do this type of stuff with the line tool and opacity settings but really it would be towards the convenience of users. Quote simple. just gotta love it. nitenurse79
Hi Kyle and welcome here Although there is no tool to dodge/burn. But in the layer properties you do have the option to set the blend mode to Dodge or Burn. I hope this is what you mean.
