Can I Create a Banner With Rounded Edges?

I've been fooling around with paint net to get acclimated. I know how to make rectangular banner - but I would like to make a banner that has rounded corners. Does paint net allow me to do that>? If so, please advise?

Use: Radius Fill Corner

But you need to save your file as PNG or any transparent supported format if you want to work on all background colors.

I am trying the rectangle tool, but I don't know how to resize it so that it is 780 x 150.

No there isn't unless you can try and find it on Youtube.

Look around on the forum user's signatures for some channels with tutorials. yelloman has some good ones.

Something wrong with the Rounded Rectangle tool ?

Nothing wrong with it, but it is not customizable:

-You can't control the size (especially in the Outline modes)

-The radius of the corner in the Fill Shape mode is fixed.

-If you use the Outline Shape or Outline with Fill Shape mode, you won't get a rounded corner but a polygonal corner,

Please correct me if I am wrong, or if there a way to workaround.

RE: Customization: True. However for a quick rounded rectangle I generally use this and only consider plugins if it doesn't do the job I want.
