The second one (going from top left to bottom right) is moving very slowly 2.I do use curve tool a lot just for shading it would be hard. 3. i do know know what the semi-transparent layer is please explain. pdnnoob
1. I meant really REALLY slowly 2. I do agree. It was just a suggestion. I never use it myself... 3. Add a new layer (ctrl+shift+n), go to the layer properties (f4), and lower the opacity. You don't need the hotkeys to do this. All the buttons are in the layers window. I didn't realize you were just shading things. Shading is a whole lot easier to explain than just getting a semi-transparent line If you could tell us what exactly you are trying to shade, we could figure out the best way to get the shading done to match the style. pdnnoob
Layers are your friends. Learn to use them and this task would be as easy as finding fresh apples in a supermarket.
