RAW file plug in

I have downloaded the raw file plug in, unzipped it, moved it to the file types folder in PDN, and unblocked the file (properties). I have read somewhere that when I click on file in PDN, I should see something about 'import' in order to open a raw file. I don't see any import option on the drop down menu. (I'm trying to open nef files.)

I have noticed another plug in called dcraw and I have downloaded that, however I have not tried to copy it across to anywhere yet. The unzipped file is called RAWfile and in that folder I see a sub-folder (Properties) and several other files. If I have to use this plug in whereabouts in the PDN program folder does it go?
