Got the same problem with same log entried...

First I installed V3 but had to uninstall due to crashs, then installed 2.72 or tried to got error. Cleaned registry, and there was a lot of obsolete entries from Paint.Net even after uninstall (they need to clean proberly up during uninstall!). After reg cleanup tried again to install but got weird error messages.

Beta3 release? To early..
