I could probably do better, but I'd first like to know what you have in mind for your dream zombie emote :P

No missing patches of flesh or rotting eyeballs? xD

How much "emote" cartoon should I put into it, or should I stray from the standard circle emote?

note to self: don't look up images for "zombie" at night when you are feeling jumpy...even if you do add "cartoon" to the search O.O

Alt codes: Hold down the alt key and type 0169. Presto! ©!

Alt codes are one method used to reach characters in a font that are usually not found (easily) on the keyboard. Other methods involve the use of a character display app (like CharMap) or PDN's own version WhichSymbol+ (link in my sig).
