Having trouble finding photoshop's high pass effect in PdN

ok to start ive looked for a plugin or tutorial but coildn't find any. ok visit this link http://www.photoshoplady.com/tutorial/create-a-fabulous-background-for-an-image/4855 and look at steps 14-16. If you guys have any ideas or plugins please post them.

the highpass is close to our emboss, and since it is being used to add a 3d relief then it should work the same http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=6828

as for 15-16 this is just cutting out the lenses of the googles, putting some background in thier place, and adding a sheen to simulate glass

not realy all that hard- just use the lasso select, then delete to cut out the area, place you chosen background on a layer under your render

as far the sheen, look up any of the tutorials on glass balls or jewels... barbieq25 does a wicked one here http://forums.getpai...making-a-jewel/

Effects>photo>High Pass...
