jackhamr
OK, my friend has an iPhone and he has a photo program that let's you select a color (such as red) and take a photo. When it comes out, everything that is normally red will be red, but anything else will be gray (b&w) Is there a plugin that will allow you to do a post-processing to a photo like this? Here is an example of what I mean. The man is wearing a red shirt. Edited July 18, 2011 by jackhamr

pdnnoob
There are several different plugins with that capability. The ones I use most often are conditional hue and saturation and RGB remap depending on how exactly I want things done. For your purposes, I would suggest using Conditional Hue and Saturation Quote No, Paint.NET is not spyware...but, installing it is an IQ test. ~BoltBait Blend modes are like the filling in your sandwich.
