how to disable the checker background?

i tried to erase the extra line but when i do it,it shows the checher black and white behind the white back ground,how to get rid of it when erasing lines on white background?

you've got to remember this is a message board ... not an Instant Messenger. 11 minutes of no-one answering doesn't mean nobody wants to help - just that there's no-one online who feels they can help.

WTF's don't really help your cause when you rely on the goodwill of people

In answer to your question ... add a new layer>>>> fill it white >>>> move that layer below the layer you're editing >>> flatten image when finished

Do not 'bump' your own thread unless it has received 0 replies and it has been 24 hours since you posted it.

We are here to help, but we are not at your beck and call. Indignation after a mere 11 minutes with no response is ridiculous and disrespectful.
