TwentyMonkeys
I have a photo of a yellow car that I want to use but the hood is black. I used the ink dropper on the color pallet and then painted over the hood, but it's dull. The color is right but you can tell that it's not natural. Does anyone know of a way that I can add a "shine" to it to make it look more natural? By the way, if there is a tutorial for this, I can't find it. I did search. Thanks! pdnnoob
Add a new layer and use the line/curve tool to put white lines where you want the shine to be, then use gaussian blur to blend it. Adjust the layer opacity (in layer properties) if needed Quote No, Paint.NET is not spyware...but, installing it is an IQ test. ~BoltBait Blend modes are like the filling in your sandwich.
