Hey everyone. I'm new to the paint.net forums, and I have been having some troubles with paint. I had a couple of questions as well, hoping that someone could answer. Here are the questions -

:: How do you make designs that come out from the border/corners of a graphic? How do you make designs that come out from the border/corners of a graphic?

http://searchpaint.net/ + 'Sharp's Line Sig' This is how you could generate the plainer versions.

How do you lay a design over a picture?

Use layers. Here's a link to the online help files: http://www.getpaint....WithLayers.html - these should get you started with layers and layering.

Try google some vectors you could blend into your pics aswell for the border
