Writing exporter

Hi!

I have a little problem. I am writing a game engine (for educational purposes) and I need a tool to export some images to internal format of the engine. I would write an external exporter, and there would be no problem, but I want to use Paint.NET for that purpose. The problem is that there is no simple way to supply destination file's path to effect. I've tried to create GUI with edit box, but unfortunatelly Paint.NET don't let me finish writing the string (invokes effect with partial path). Do you have any ideas how to avoid this behaviour? (The version with hardcoded path works...).

Thanks for any suggestions...

And sorry for correctness, english isn't my native language ;/
