barbieq25 Posted April 16, 2011 Share Posted April 16, 2011 Plugins mostly are zipped files that need to be unzipped & put into the Effects folder in the Paint.NET program. The one you want needs to be unzipped before it will work. Downloading plugins will not make them work. You have to put them into the effects folder too.
