Draggable Selection Resize

First off-- great program! My only gripe -- and therefore my suggestion -- is that the selections have resize and/or rotate handles. This makes selection editing and crop-selecting MUCH easier. Thanks!

They already do.

Look at the status bar once you select some pixels and click the Move selected Pixels tool.

Right-click the nubs to rotate, etc.

if you want to edit just the selection area (and not the pic underneath it) use the selection tool with the white arrow. The default is blue, which modifies whatever's selected, the white arrow modifies the actual selection itself but otherwise works the same way as the blue.
