This is a forum for support and tutorials regarding the program Paint.NET; you can try DeviantArt, the DrawingNow forum...basically, just do a Google search for "How to draw" and you'll find all manner of good ideas. Incidentally, there might be a tutorial in the tutorials forum for just what you're looking for; I'm not sure. Haven't been 'round these parts for a while...
