DarylRunco Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 (edited) Paint.net is not (to my knowledge) a gif editor, which means it's not meant to create pictures that changes upon time. You could try Gimp (go to gimp.org to download it), then yahoo/google/bing "gimp gif animation tutorial". You should find everything you need there.
