Help with animating images

Paint.net is not (to my knowledge) a gif editor, which means it's not meant to create pictures that changes upon time.

You could try Gimp (go to gimp.org to download it), then yahoo/google/bing "gimp gif animation tutorial". You should find everything you need there.

yes there is a plugin to make animated gifs or .agif- it also makes .apgn(animated pgn files), or you can save individual gif images and use the free program unfreez
