Sga
So, I have got a problem, like some peoples, when I install Paint.NET, I've got the error "1603", I even try this thread :" Fatal installation error 1603 fix" but It didn't work! Before, I get Paint.NET, I tried the uptade, but it doesn't work, so I deleted Paint.NET folder, but I didn't do the "uninstall" thing, so I go to "Add or delete files" (Sorry if it is not the exact name, because my computer is french!) and when I try to "delete" Paint.NET, it says it can't because something is missing blah blah blah... So, help?
Sarkut
Look in the Recycle Bin. If the Paint.NET folder is there, restore it. Then try to uninstall it from: Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall or Change a Feature.

The thing is: the Paint.NET folder is gone and I can't unistall from the Programs and Features, it says something is missing!
