mapperx
I was attracted to Paint because it was free and just wanted to prove that if it's free, it's no good. The transforms and warps are great and downloading plugins was seemless. It's great and will be glad to donate.

barbieq25
You know, I used to get government funding to run a computer skills course for older folk. The course would have been free since it was fully funded. Same reason as you gave, we charged people. Drop out rate was virtually zero. Welcome to the wonderful world of PDN! I look forward to seeing some of you creations. Quote Knowledge is no burden to carry. April Jones, 2012 Gallery My DA Gallery
