I want to create hotspots on a image. is it possible? does paint.net do that? if it can, am i allowed to use paint.net as a child form in my app? BoltBait
I think what you're looking for is a program called InkScape. Quote Click to play: Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and how about a Computer Dominos Game
Rick Brewster
... am i allowed to use paint.net as a child form in my app? NO. This is not possible for two reasons. 1) Paint.NET is not designed to be incorporated into other apps, and 2) The license specifically prohibits doing this. Does anybody even read the license!? If you're developing software then you must do these things before even asking such a question about something you want to make use of. Otherwise you are just being blindingly and excessively irresponsible. Seriously, the Paint.NET license is short and simple. Read it already! You would already have the answer to your question if you'd taken 5 seconds to read the damn license.
