yellowman
Very easy, in just two steps: Add Noise Splinter Blur With default setting on both effects, you can get an acceptable result. But: You can adjust the Iolors and Intensity of dots when using Noise. You can increase the Distance option in Splinter, but don't change the Splinters, keep them on 4. Ego Eram Reputo
Plaid fabric texture creates a very similar effect (but is labour intensive). This suggestion is faster (from the same thread) http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/20033-plaid-fabric-texture/page__view__findpost__p__336636 Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
