Ego Eram Reputo Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 1. Go Here and follow the tutorial to learn how to make heart shapes. Make a plain heart (e.g. start with a white canvas) & keep the image open. 2. Open your photo as a new image. 3. Add a new layer :AddNewLayer: above your existing photo. 3. Go to the open heart image and copy it (Ctrl + A to 'select all' and Ctrl + C to copy). 4. Return to photo image. Make sure new layer is the active one (highlighted in layers window). Press Ctrl + V to paste the heart shape into the layer. 5. Select the magic wand tool & select outside the heart shape on the heart layer. 6. Activate the photo layer by clicking on it and press the delete key. 7. Make the Heart layer invisible by unchecking the checkbox in the layers window. 8.
