hdawnf Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 I downloaded the plugins and added them to the effects. i closed down Paint.net and brought it back up but where do you go to use the plugins...The one I was really wanting to use is the feather. Assuming you've got it installed correctly, to find feather open the Effects menu, then go to Object, then finally Feather. Most plugins you can download from this forum will specify their location in Paint.NET's menu structure in their thread.
