madlan
Hi, I have a coloured image I would like all white - The background is transparent so I would like to keep the dithering around edges, how would I do this? (FYI, the image is from a UK tv channel, heres the original image: http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Media/Pix/pictures/2010/8/4/1280936483646/Channel-One-logo-006.jpg I've made the background transparent with the Magic Wand on 40%. I'm making a logo for Microsoft Windows Media: http://mychannellogos.com/logos.aspx) Thanks.
Sarkut
For this one I'd remove the white background with the Grim Color Reaper plugin instead of using the Magic Wand tool. Set What color? to White. It gives a smoother edge to the letters. Then use: Adjustments > Brightness / Contrast. Move both sliders fully to the right. This will turn the text white. madlan
Hi Sarkut, All colours, the image contains red and black mostly. Thanks.
Sarkut
My previous post is confusing for anyone who hasn't used the Grim Color Reaper plugin. "What color?" is a setting in the plugin interface. ============================== Adjustments > Brightness / Contrast. Move both sliders fully to the right. This will turn the text white regardless of how the white background has been removed. Edited December 23, 2010 by Sarkut
