Owen N
I have trouble finding stuff in these tutorials. Where is the tut on moving and resizing images? I am trying to create a stack of images which are the same scale and are aligned. Maybe this forum needs a rational index for these types of basic questions? -- Owen N
Tarat
Most of the simpler stuff can be found of the help page, http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/index.html ... The tool for resizing the canvas is in the "Images" menu. As far as moving selections, just select it with one of the selection tools in the Tools window, then switch to the "Move Selection" tool. You can also re-size the selection using this tool by adjusting the nubs around the edge of the selection. Also, you might want to put each picture on a separate layer until you get the placement right, then flatten. Hope that helped =)
Ego Eram Reputo
I have trouble finding stuff in these tutorials. Where is the tut on moving and resizing images? There isn't one. That's because we don't feel it necessary to have tutorials on topics that are covered in the help files. In fact we have a rule (Rule #4) that asks users to read the help file and use SEARCH (Rule #2) before asking questions in the forum. Both of these inquiries would have yielded the information you require. Please aquaint yourself with our forum rules, they are considered mandatory reading. Use the link Tarat gave you or press F1 in PDN to access the online help files.
