numetro Posted November 21, 2010 Share Posted November 21, 2010 (edited) Is the AlphaMask Brush v1.7 plug-in like Photoshop's Quick-Mask? I don't see a Quick-Mask feature in Paint.net that I just installed... I normally use Photoshop on my Mac, but I am trying Paint.net on a new PC. I'm looking for a feature that allows me to paint a mask over part of a photo with a size adjustable fuzzy brush to mask off areas and then activate those areas as selections to then adjust exposure with curves and such... preferably to then be able to a save the mask to a separate layer that is later available in the layers palette, like in Photoshop. Is this what the AlphaMask Brush v1.7 plug-in is? If not, can anyone suggest a plug-in that matches this description?... or otherwise if this feature is built in and I'm just not finding it, maybe someone could direct me to it.
