Adjustments > Black and White Adjustments > Brightness / Contrast After increasing the contrast, Paintbucket fill the shadowed part blue and Paintbucket fill the lighter part green. For use in a game you will probably need to ask for help in the gaming forums. The fullbright effect may be a function of the game software more than anything else.
